Ben Sturt has been working closely with Membership organisations for over 20 years, spanning many sub verticals within this sector. He has created and led the digital strategy for many companies and clients during this time including British Dietetic Association (BDA), Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU), Twin and Multiple Birth Association (TAMBA) and Oil Spill Response Ltd (OSRL).
He has brought this wealth of experience together to launch Chrysalis Digital. Drawing upon his deep understanding of the unique challenges within this sector Ben is able to create and lead digital strategy transformation enabling Membership organisations to confidently embark on their digital journey.
His expertise and vast experience enable him to liaise with stakeholders across the business, understand and translate business requirements into actionable steps, ensuring that technical requirements and communication requirements are all aligned.

Ben lives in the New Forest, with his family. When not at work he can be found outdoors, bombing round the country side on his mountain bike, fly fishing or letting off a few rounds at a local clay shoot.
Lucy Arthur has over 20 years marketing experience, working within the IT industry her roles have spanned B2B and B2C – and most recently focused on the digital transformation of Marketing within Hewlett Packard Enterprise.
Lucy joined Compaq Computer Corp in 1997 as a Product Manager working in the Consumer segment, launching the first online purchase programme for Compaq in the consumer space and branching this off to run numerous employee purchase schemes.
She has managed field marketing teams both in the UK and across Europe, designing and deploying multi language telemarketing hubs, driving many integrated marketing programmes – demonstrating how marketing can truly help to drive a healthy pipeline for a company.
Most recently she was the UK and Irish Marketing Director for Hewlett Packard Enterprise – she was excited to lead the launch of the new company in 2015 through to the complete digital transformation of marketing in 2016.
Lucy lives in Hampshire, with her husband and 2 boys. When not focused on marketing she is running around with her boys, following her love of fitness and nutrition.
A highly motivated leader and industry-recognised expert in data and analytics commercialisation, who successfully launched a specialist data and analytical agency (Datalyics). With over 20 years’ experience in developing business, CRM and data strategies for blue-chip companies helping organisations adapt to the digital and data economy, while driving commercial value.
His experience is around helping businesses become more customer centric and use data in a more intelligent way, such as organisations BskyB, BT, Virgin Media, Time Inc, Hearst, Bauer, O2, The Restaurant Group.
Stuart has a bachelor of Economics (honours) from Manchester Metropolitan University and Securities & Futures Association (SFA) accreditation in finance and investment. He also a subject matter expert and mentor for the accelerator organisation Startupbootcamp.
Sally Hopwood has over 30 years of experience within the IT industry, working with blue chip customers to create value-added solutions to their business using technology. More recently, as a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Sally focused on sales process improvement schemes within Hewlett Packard, working across departments resulting in productivity and customer satisfaction improvement.
Sally joined Hewlett Packard as a Sales Account Manager in 1982 and enjoyed a success with her clients across varying industries, which gave her the passion of working in sales and ensuring total customer satisfaction.
She worked at HP Worldwide, European and Country in a Sales Strategy role creating the sales methodology and driving the effective usage of CRM tools, ensuring there was a healthy pipeline for the sales teams and the company.
With an eye on digital transformation, she managed a review of the end to end sales and marketing demand generation process resulting in a social selling strategy being implemented.
Sally lives with her husband in Berkshire. As their children finished University and flew the nest, Sally embarked on a part time MSc in Strategic Quality Management developing her academic skills alongside work assignments. While in Portsmouth she enjoyed her love of being near the sea.
